My new found friendship in Federal Hill came about when Ms. Jordan Faye Block ended up moving her Contemporary Art Gallery to 1401 Light Street… into the Enoch Pratt Library (circa 1883)… the space is amazing, bright, beautiful and the art that is breathing life  into this old gem is as exquisite as it’s surroundings.  Jordan’s own works are hanging within her personal space in the back half of the library, complete with a private sitting area surrounding an antique fireplace (which I am hoping to occupy many of the cold winter nights to come!)

As our friendship grew, Jordan realized how much of her work would be great within our store… so….

di[e]ce is proud to present Jordan Faye Block’s photography… an exploration of time, space, body, self…. and the interpretive meanings of woven textiles.

Come by and see them anytime… I am still trying to convince her to throw a party for her work here…. so stay tuned for details ;)
